At Mange we are focused on using locally sourced, seasonal produce and have been using the same trusted suppliers for many years. We work closely with an excellent local farm in Hertfordshire (located less than 25 miles from our kitchen), that produces traditionally reared meats, where animal welfare is paramount. All menus are available using organic ingredients from suppliers that have Soil Association accreditation.
